In the process of producing various stamping products, the causes of bad phenomena such as scratches, indentations or deformation of rounded corners are mainly caused by the following factors.

First of all, the stamping process: during the stamping process, the operator did not pay attention to the operation, the parts moved to the die or the corner of the conveyor belt collided when they were discharged; the height adjustment of the        conveyor belt was unreasonable; the adjustment of automation equipment was unreasonable (such as travel, speed, etc.).

Second, look at the loading and removal of workstation equipment: overloading (compression deformation); overlapping stacking (collision between parts); collision, overturning and overspeed when handling workstation equipment.
